CANCELLATION POLICY

I completely understand that life can be busy and unexpected things may come up. To keep everything running smoothly, here are a few important policies to know before booking: • Cancellations & Reschedules: You may cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice. Your $20 nonrefundable deposit will transfer to your next appointment (one reschedule allowed per deposit). • Late Policy: Please let me know if you’re running behind before the time of your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will fall under the cancellation policy. If you’re 15–20 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added to your service. • Guests: To keep the environment calm and focused, I kindly ask that no extra guests attend your appointment (Including guardians). • Payments: Remaining balances are accepted via Zelle or Cash. If CashApp is the only option, a $5 processing fee applies. • Age Requirement: At this time, clients must be 16 years or older to book an appointment. • Hair Prep: Please arrive shampooed and blown out to ensure the best results. • Aftercare & Concerns: If you experience any issues with your style, please reach out within 24–48 hours. While I do not offer refunds, I’ll always do my best to make sure you’re happy and confident with your look.
