Cancellation Policy

I understand that everyone has busy schedules and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, I am more than willing to accommodate your needs by allowing cancellations with a 48-hour notice. In such cases, your nonrefundable deposit ($20) will be applied to your next appointment. Please note that you can only reschedule once with the same deposit. Regarding my late Policy, I do recognize that life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges our way. I just kindly request that you inform me if you anticipate being late to your appointment. To ensure that every guest enjoys the best experience, please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Late appointments that cannot be rescheduled on the same day are subject to my cancellation policy. In the event that you are 15 minutes late but less than 20 minutes late, a $20 fee will be added to your service. Please note that I do not allow extra guests at appointments to ensure a calm and focused environment. (IMPORTANT) I only accept remaining payments through Zelle and Cash. In the event you have to pay with cashapp there is a $5 fee due to processing fee’s. I kindly request that any issues with your hair appointment be brought to my attention within 24-48 hours. Please note that there are no refunds. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies!
